SENIOR PET ROADMAP PROGRAM

The Best Care For Your Pet's Golden Years

Serving Greater Cincinnati senior pets and their families.

"It's almost like he's a brand new dog. Nutrition and the plan changed everything."

— Susan, Ralphie's mom

From Dr. Amanda:

"I built the Senior Pet Roadmap after four years of in-home senior work and thousands of questions from worried pet parents. Owners deserve clear answers, not more confusion. This is how I deliver clinician-led clarity and care."

You know your pet.

Their habits, their quirks, the way they move. So when something shifts, even a little, you notice.

You bring it up at the vet and you're told everything looks fine, or that it's something to monitor, or that they're just getting older. That relief is temporary. The uncertainty stays, and it's heavy. You second-guess every small change. You carry the worry alone. You fear missing a window to help your pet, or ending up at the ER for something preventable.

You're left asking: is this normal aging, or something that needs action?

Hi, I'm Dr. Amanda Steffen,

DVM, licensed in Chinese medicine and Senior Dog Level 2 certified.

I run an in-home senior dog and cat integrative practice in Greater Cincinnati and have focused on senior pet care for four years. Working in clients' homes taught me to spot subtle, early pattern changes that don't always show up on tests. I combine Western medicine with Chinese medicine, including acupuncture and herbal medicine, to prioritize what actually helps and to keep pets comfortable at home. They deserve all the options for their wellbeing.

The Senior Pet Roadmap Program brings that clinician-led, hands-on expertise to a one-on-one, in-depth level, so you get true, individualized veterinary guidance.

How the Senior Pet Roadmap Works

Deep Diagnostic Consult

A 90-minute initial session to go over your pet's entire history, no rush. We'll talk through quick wins you can start that day, ways to improve your home for their best care, how to talk to your vet about your concerns, and a personalized plan covering supplements, nutrition, medications, herbs, and more.

Personalized Senior Pet File

We formulate a complete file for your pet, just like at the vet's office, except you have full access. It covers both Chinese and Western options for a true whole-body integrative treatment protocol, built specifically around what your pet needs.

Monthly Private Consults

Four focused monthly sessions after intake to tweak the plan, document progress, and respond to what you're noticing at home. Real clinician time, real adjustments, every single month, so the plan keeps evolving with your pet.

Ongoing Support & Resources

Six months of access to both Dog and Cat course tracks, fillable workbooks, and twice-monthly group coaching with specialists, including a rehab vet and a grief counseling vet. Plus a private community of senior pet parents who truly understand what you're going through.

The resource library continues growing, covering topics like SQ ketamine for pain control, low dose NSAID therapy in cats, holistic flea and tick options, how to calculate protein and calorie needs, how to triage at home to avoid unnecessary ER visits, and quality of life and pain scale calculators.

The Senior Pet Roadmap Program allows you to:

  • Know what's normal aging and what needs early action, giving your pet more good days and often more time with you.

  • Reduce unnecessary ER visits with targeted at-home strategies.

  • Have a living, clinician-documented plan that's revised month to month.

  • Make your home the most comfortable place for your pet.

  • Receive sustained, focused clinician attention.

  • Access specialist support and a community of other senior pet parents who get it.

"Live conversations plus written videos I can rewind made all the difference."

— Senior Pet Roadmap client

"I feel less lonely in this process."

— Eleonora, Leo's mom

"It's almost like he's a brand new dog. Nutrition and the plan changed everything."

How to Get Started:

First, book your 90-minute Diagnostic Consultation.

During that session, Dr. Amanda will walk through your pet's full picture with you and let you know if the full Roadmap Program is the right next step.

If you enroll in the Roadmap Program after your consult, the cost of your consultation is fully credited toward your program investment.

Waiting could mean leaving your pet in pain or living with a chronic issue your vet simply can't catch in a quick routine appointment. You could try to piece this together yourself, seeing specialist after specialist, but it would likely take months of trial and error without a clinician and community backing you the whole way. The Senior Pet Roadmap Program gives you a prioritized, clinician-led plan from the start, so you spend your time and energy on what actually helps.

Maybe you're noticing small changes and want a clear clinician plan.

Maybe you've had vet visits but still feel unsettled.

Maybe you know your pet deserves more than a slow, gradual decline, you want them to thrive.

Maybe you want sustained, focused clinician time for your senior pet.

If any of that sounds like you, this program was built for you.
